How do I book a porta potty rental?
Book a porta potty rental by calling (530) 471-1966 or sending the quote form with your ZIP, dates, unit type, quantity and head count. Dispatch sends an itemized written quote by text or email. You approve it, pay by card, and get a confirmation with the delivery date and window.
What happens on delivery day?
On delivery day the driver texts about 30 minutes ahead, finds the spot you marked, sets the unit level on firm ground, faces the door the way you asked, checks the stock and texts you a photo. You do not need to be there if the spot is marked and the gate is open or coded.
- Window: 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday. Ask for morning-only if your crew starts early.
- Access: the truck needs to stop within about 15 feet of the spot. Low wires, tight turns and soft lawns change where it can go.
- Gates: share codes at booking; they are saved for every service visit.
- No address yet: send a map pin, APN or cross streets for rural lots and new subdivisions.
What happens on a service visit?
On a service visit the technician pumps the waste tank, scrubs the seat, urinal, walls and floor, adds fresh deodorizer and water, restocks toilet paper and sanitizer, refills hand washing stations, and checks the door and latch. Visits happen on the same weekday each week and are logged with a time stamp.
- Pump waste tank completely.
- Scrub and sanitize seat, urinal, walls and floor.
- Add fresh blue deodorizer charge.
- Restock 2 rolls of toilet paper and sanitizer.
- Refill sinks and hand washing stations with fresh water, soap and towels.
- Check door, latch, vent and lock; note any damage.
How do extensions and pickups work?
To extend a rental, do nothing for jobsite units: they stay and bill every 28 days until you call. To extend an event rental past 3 days, call and it moves to the weekly rate. To end any rental, call or text for pickup; it happens within 1 to 2 business days and billing stops on the pickup date.
What can the renter do to keep the unit clean?
Keep the unit clean by setting it on level ground in partial shade, keeping the door closed, and putting only toilet paper in the tank. Paper towels, wipes, diapers and trash do not pump out. Never move a full unit or tip it, and keep it away from fire pits, grills and fireworks.
