Can you deliver a porta potty today?

Same-day delivery is available Monday through Saturday when you call (530) 471-1966 by 11 AM. In Yuba City and Marysville most same-day units arrive within 2 to 4 hours.

Can you deliver tomorrow?

Next-day delivery is the normal schedule for any call during business hours, with no rush charge.

What time will the driver arrive?

Deliveries run between 7 AM and 7 PM. The driver texts about 30 minutes before arrival. Ask for a morning-only window when you book if your crew starts early.

Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

Saturday deliveries and same-day Saturday orders are available. There is no Sunday delivery; Sunday events get a Saturday drop-off and a Monday pickup at no extra charge.

My party is Saturday. When will the unit arrive and leave?

Saturday party units usually arrive Friday or Saturday morning and are picked up Monday. The event price covers up to 3 days, so the timing costs nothing extra.

Can it be delivered the night before?

Delivery the day before an event is the standard plan, so the unit is in place and checked well before guests arrive.

How much notice do you need?

One day is enough for most single units. Give a week for weekend events in spring and summer, and 3 to 6 weeks for restroom trailers on Saturdays.

Can you guarantee delivery by a specific time?

We confirm a delivery window when you book and the driver texts 30 minutes ahead. For hard start times, book the day before so the unit is on site early.

Can you deliver on a holiday?

Holiday deliveries depend on the holiday. Call for Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends; book at least a week ahead.

Do I have to be there for delivery?

You do not need to be there. Mark the spot, leave the gate open or share the code, and the driver sends a photo when the unit is placed.

My property has no street address. Can you still find it?

Send a map pin, the APN or clear cross streets. Dispatch saves the pin so every service visit finds the unit.

Are you local or a broker?

Units are dispatched from our own yard in Yuba City and serviced by our own drivers. You talk to the people who deliver and clean the unit.

What is the difference between a standard and a deluxe porta potty?

A standard unit has a seat over a holding tank, a urinal and hand sanitizer. A deluxe or flushing unit adds a foot-pump flush and a small sink with soap and towels.

What comes inside a standard unit?

Each standard unit has a toilet seat, a urinal, two rolls of toilet paper, a hand sanitizer dispenser, a coat hook and a roof vent.

Do you have a unit with a sink inside?

Flushing units have a built-in foot-pump sink. Standard units can be paired with a separate two-sink hand washing station.

Is a porta potty the same as a porta john or portable restroom?

Porta potty, porta john, portable toilet, portable restroom and jobsite toilet all mean the same single-person unit. A restroom trailer is a different, larger product with real flush toilets.

Can I see a picture of the unit before I book?

Photos of each unit type are on the unit types page. We can also text photos of the exact unit model.

Are units unisex?

Every single-occupancy unit is all-gender, with both a seat and a urinal.

Is a construction unit different from an event unit?

Event units are kept in a separate, event-only fleet. Construction units are built for heavy use and may show jobsite wear.

Do you have a unit on a trailer we can move ourselves?

Towable units on small trailers are available for farm crews and moving work zones. They hitch to a standard 2-inch ball.

What do you recommend when a house septic system can't handle a crowd?

For a crowd of 20 to 50 at a house with a weak septic system, one standard unit takes the load off. For a longer event or alcohol, use two.

How many people does one porta potty serve?

One standard unit serves about 50 guests for a 4-hour event, or up to 10 workers for a 40-hour week with weekly service.

Is one unit enough for 75 people if the house bathroom is open?

One portable unit plus an open indoor bathroom covers 75 guests for a party of up to 4 hours. Count the indoor bathroom as about one unit; 75 guests need 2 in total.

How many units do I need for 200 guests?

200 guests need 4 standard units for up to 4 hours, 6 for 5 to 8 hours, and 8 if alcohol is served.

Will it fill up or smell during a one-day event?

A properly sized unit does not fill during a one-day event. Place it in partial shade and keep the door closed to control smell.

How many hand washing stations do I need?

Plan 1 hand washing station for every 2 toilets when food is served, and 1 per 20 workers for farm crews.

Is cleaning included?

Weekly service is included on every rental of a week or longer. Event units arrive clean and stocked for the event.

How often do you service a jobsite unit?

Jobsite units are serviced once a week on the same weekday. Heavy-use sites can add a second weekly visit.

Can I get service every other week to save money?

Units must be serviced at least weekly for health and odor reasons. For very light use, a smaller unit count is the way to save.

Do you restock toilet paper and sanitizer?

Every service visit restocks toilet paper and hand sanitizer, and refills soap, water and towels in sinks and hand washing stations.

What if the unit needs cleaning before the weekly visit?

Call or text and an extra service visit is sent, usually the same or next day, for $65.

Do you pump out a porta potty owned by someone else?

We service only our own units, because we cannot vouch for another company's tank or parts.

How much is a porta potty for one day?

A standard event unit starts at $195 for up to 3 days, including delivery and pickup within 25 miles of Yuba City. There is no separate one-day rate.

How much is a monthly porta potty rental for a house build?

A standard jobsite unit starts at $189 per 28-day cycle with weekly service, plus a one-time delivery charge from $60. Pickup is free.

How much for one week?

A one-week rental starts at $175, with delivery, pickup and one service visit included.

Is the price per unit or for all of them?

Unit prices are per unit. Delivery is charged once per order and site, not per unit.

What is the total with tax?

The written quote shows California sales tax and the final total. That total is the amount charged.

Are there hidden fees, fuel charges or card fees?

There is no fuel surcharge, card fee, pickup fee or environmental fee on our quotes.

Is there a same-day or rush fee?

Same-day delivery adds $75 in Sutter and Yuba counties. Next-day delivery has no rush charge.

Do you give a discount for several units?

Orders of 4 or more units on one site get a lower per-unit rate. Ask for the multi-unit price on your quote.

Do you price match?

Send the other written quote. If it covers the same unit, service and dates, we review it honestly and tell you what we can do.

What is a 28-day billing cycle?

A 28-day cycle bills the unit every four weeks rather than each calendar month. Each cycle includes four weekly services.

Is $189 per week or per month?

The $189 jobsite rate is per 28-day cycle, which is four weeks.

What happens after the first 28 days?

The second and later cycles bill only the unit rate. The delivery charge is never repeated.

Do I get a refund if you pick it up early?

Jobsite billing stops on the pickup date, and the last partial cycle is billed by the week rather than the full 28 days.

Does my address change the price?

Distance from our Yuba City yard sets the delivery charge. Inside 25 miles it is included or from $60; farther addresses show a distance charge on the quote.

Can churches, schools or nonprofits skip sales tax?

Send a valid exemption certificate before billing, and tax is removed where California law allows.

Will my quoted price hold if I book next week?

Written quotes hold for 14 days, and 60 days for bid quotes on public projects.

Cancel more than 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, a $50 trip fee is kept.

Where should I put the porta potty?

Choose a level, firm spot within about 15 feet of where the truck can stop, away from doors and windows, and out of traffic.

Can it go in the backyard?

Backyard placement works with a side gate about 48 inches wide and a level path without stairs.

Can it go in an alley or behind a gate?

Alleys and gated yards are fine when the truck can stop close by. Units in a public alley or street may need an encroachment permit.

Will the truck drive on my grass?

Trucks stay on pavement or firm ground. Units are carried or dollied to lawn spots.

Can I mark the spot with cones or paint?

Cones, flags, chalk, tape or a photo with an arrow all work.

Can it go near a light for night use?

Place it near a porch or pole light and tell the driver; units have no built-in lights.

Our road is narrow and winding. Can your truck make it?

Describe the road or send photos. Most rural roads work; for very tight spots we set the unit at a reachable point near the road.

Can my crew move the unit around?

Please don't move units yourself. A full unit can tip and spill. The service driver moves units safely on service day.
